  The manager is someone who gets things done by people. A Manager used the scarce/ available resources and gives the optimum result. So resource allocation is also a manager task which is a part of strategic planning. An Elephant Story - A Story of belief and Strength

  L et me tell you a very famous story.. A man was walking through an elephant camp, and he spotted that the elephants weren’t being kept in cages or held by the use of chains. All that was holding them back from escaping the camp, was a small piece of rope tied to one of their legs. As the man gazed upon the elephants, he was completely confused as to why the elephants didn’t just use their strength to break the rope and escape the camp. They could easily have done so, but instead, they didn’t try to at all. Why Private jobs are considered bad??

W ell, there can be several answers to this question, So I am gonna summarize this into 3 points which I feel the most important factor. There is no job security in the private sector until and unless you are not working in a multinational company which unfortunately most of the people are not. Even several companies laid off their employees during the pandemic period and they are still jobless, See the bitter truth is that Companies are here for business only and they are doing the same. There is no moral responsibility exist in this competitive practical world.
