First of all, let me tell you what does people skills means, It simply means the way you interact with people, how well you connect with them and what is your conviction level when you talk to someone. 5) Voice Tone: Voice tone refers the way you talk to someone, You might have heard the phrase "It's not about what you say, but rather the way you say it", Sometimes even your criticization don't feel bad if you know the way to put it. Although it's an art that takes time to be an expert.
