Why attitude is such a misunderstood term ?

Attitude means the way you think feel or behave with regard to a person or thing, it can also be a viewpoint or approach or perspective towards the person or things.

Different people can have a different perspective or opinion about a specific thing, that perspective or opinion represents your attitude towards that particular thing.

Shraddha had walked into the Restaurant with a smile, She shares a very positive outlook on the world. It was plain for everyone to see. Her body language and her posture reflected her optimism. Shraddha had a delightful lunch, exchanged some pleasant conversation with the waitress, and went back to work with a revived energy.

Raj, on the other hand, had entered the Restaurant with a down face. He was looking tense as if wanna say “Stay away from me!” He got irritated when the waiters didn’t address him immediately. He was annoyed at how long it took for his meal to arrive. He whined about the food and was angry during payment for the same.

 Why did Shraddha and Raj have such different experiences in the coffee shop? Remember that each was treated in exactly the same way. Let me tell you this: Shraddha sees the world with a positive attitude. Raj sees the world with a negative attitude.

What do you think Attitude is, Will in simple language you can say, Attitude is a perspective to see things.

 For example: “I am scared of ghosts”.

Now when I'm saying this I am expressing an emotion or a feeling it is showing my attitude towards the ghost but still unclear why I am scared of the ghost? In management term, this is called the Affective component of attitude so what if I said ;

I am scared of the ghost because “I believe they are dangerous, they can probably kill me”.

In this case, I am given the reason for being scared. Management call this a Cognitive component attitude.

The cognitive component involves a person’s belief/knowledge about an attitude object.

and what if I see some ghost coming towards me, What will I Do, well I definitely run away from that place as fast as possible, This shows my behavior towards my belief.

It is called a Behavioral (or conative) component of attitude.

Sometimes figuratively "Attitude" also consider as a state of mind and This is where the confusion starts. People sometimes mixed it up with Ego, while there is a huge difference between these two, Attitude can be positive or negative, But Ego is a negative word, Ego concern with the self, it comes with a sense of self-importance, that is why it considered as a negative thing.

In psychology, an attitude can be considered as a combination of emotions, beliefs, and behaviors toward a particular object, person, thing, or situation..

You must have heard the phrase People with the right attitude and low ability are several times better than highly skilled but wrong or negative attitude people.

Why Private jobs are considered bad??

W ell, there can be several answers to this question, So I am gonna summarize this into 3 points which I feel the most important factor. There is no job security in the private sector until and unless you are not working in a multinational company which unfortunately most of the people are not. Even several companies laid off their employees during the pandemic period and they are still jobless, See the bitter truth is that Companies are here for business only and they are doing the same. There is no moral responsibility exist in this competitive practical world. If you have ever worked in sales you can relate to this very easily, I have become a part of several private companies and felt the heat. One can feel the real pressure when he tries everything and still not able to achieve the target due to any of external factor, A sales guy put his/her everything under his control but it is management who need to work on their strategy if the business is hampering due to some external facto...
