Why Private jobs are considered bad??

Well, there can be several answers to this question, So I am gonna summarize this into 3 points which I feel the most important factor.

There is no job security in the private sector until and unless you are not working in a multinational company which unfortunately most of the people are not. Even several companies laid off their employees during the pandemic period and they are still jobless, See the bitter truth is that Companies are here for business only and they are doing the same. There is no moral responsibility exist in this competitive practical world.

If you have ever worked in sales you can relate to this very easily, I have become a part of several private companies and felt the heat. One can feel the real pressure when he tries everything and still not able to achieve the target due to any of external factor, A sales guy put his/her everything under his control but it is management who need to work on their strategy if the business is hampering due to some external factors, including competitors, absence of proper mission and vision, lack of communication on existing hierarchies and so on. Companies must have a strong business plan lacking which can lead to huge losses. Because eventually, all what matters is Target's achievement.

Even there are some startup companies like Cars24 and Oyo, they even fire their employees if they are unable to match their targets irrespective of their qualification and experience.

As per labor courts law, 8 hours of work period is permissible including 1 hour lunch which clearly means that you need to give at least 7 hours to your work which unfortunately is only a fantasy for private job employees, they work hard very hard just to save their jobs, even I know some of the employees who work over 9 to 10 hours daily, They came at 9:30 sharp and no fixed time for or return even there are some companies which forced their employee to work on their week offs too.

In addition to this, you really get a lesser salary during the initial period than too with Carrot and stick policy which means if you really performed you get incentivized otherwise you know the rest, right?

Ok so, let me just clarify that I am not making this video to degrade the private job no doubt that there are lots of drawback in the private sector to overcome these drawbacks you need to prepare yourself by upskilling yourself, that is why I created this blog, my only motive is to make people professional enough to such extent where they can choose companies as per their interest, unlike most of us who keep doing their job in compulsion.

A ttitude means the way you think feel or behave with regard to a person or thing , it can also be a viewpoint or approach or perspective towards the person or things. Different people can have a different perspective or opinion about a specific thing, that perspective or opinion represents your attitude towards that particular thing. Shraddha had walked into the Restaurant with a smile, She shares a very positive outlook on the world. It was plain for everyone to see. Her body language and her posture reflected her optimism. Shraddha had a delightful lunch, exchanged some pleasant conversation with the waitress, and went back to work with a revived energy. Raj, on the other hand, had entered the Restaurant with a down face. He was looking tense as if wanna say “Stay away from me!” He got irritated when the waiters didn’t address him immediately.
