Why should people do an MBA?

Ok, I know the fancy answers but here we are going to talk about some facts that whether MBA is really needed?  or people are doing it because it is trending for ages.


Coming back to the question, Whether people should do MBA or not ? so the answer is, it depends. No, I am not being diplomatic but this is the fact. If you are someone who wants to become an organized person, want to enhance your interpersonal skills, your people skills. Or you are looking for some career-oriented courses which can put some skills inside your daily routine you must go for an MBA.

Now, Skills can be differentiated in the followings:-

A)Managerial skills, which includes:

1)Conceptual skills

2)Human skills

2)Technical skills


B)Leadership skills, which includes:

1)Communication skills

2)Conflict management 

3)Interpersonal skills/People skills/Soft skills 

It is said that practical knowledge is is much better than theoretical knowledge MBA gives you practical knowledge, It teaches you Entrepreneur skills, You can learn business principles through presentations, enhance your confidence through public speaking, then there are projects and internships that actually grow your chances to get a preferred job so the bottom line is that MBA enhanced your personality and its very beneficial if you get to know the hidden value it comprises.
