An Elephant Story - A Story of belief and Strength

A man was walking through an elephant camp, and he spotted that the elephants weren’t being kept in cages or held by the use of chains.

All that was holding them back from escaping the camp, was a small piece of rope tied to one of their legs.

As the man gazed upon the elephants, he was completely confused as to why the elephants didn’t just use their strength to break the rope and escape the camp. They could easily have done so, but instead, they didn’t try to at all.
Curious and wanting to know the answer, he asked a trainer nearby why the elephants were just standing there and never tried to escape.
The trainer replied "when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, th
ey are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free."

The only reason that the elephants weren’t breaking free and escaping from the camp was that over time they adopted the belief that it just wasn’t possible.
No matter how much the world tries to hold you back, always continue with the belief that what you want to achieve is possible. Believing you can become successful is the most important step in actually achieving it.

Identify your power, You are much more capable than you think, Don't be an elephant tied by a rope, You deserve much more.
Work on your competencies, There is nothing like natural talent, One has to push his limit, leave the comfort zone to achieve something better. Don't be settled, Always ask for more.

Why Private jobs are considered bad??

There is no job security in the private sector until and unless you are not working in a multinational company which unfortunately most of the people are not. Even several companies laid off their employees during the pandemic period and they are still jobless, See the bitter truth is that Companies are here for business only and they are doing the same. There is no moral responsibility exist in this competitive practical world. If you have ever worked in sales you can relate to this very easily, I have become a part of several private companies and felt the heat. One can feel the real pressure when he tries everything and still not able to achieve the target due to any of external factor, A sales guy put his/her everything under his control but it is management who need to work on their strategy if the business is hampering due to some external facto...

Shraddha had walked into the Restaurant with a smile, She shares a very positive outlook on the world. It was plain for everyone to see. Her body language and her posture reflected her optimism. Shraddha had a delightful lunch, exchanged some pleasant conversation with the waitress, and went back to work with a revived energy. Raj, on the other hand, had entered the Restaurant with a down face. He was looking tense as if wanna say “Stay away from me!” He got irritated when the waiters didn’t address him immediately.
